Udit completed his BE from BITS (Pilani) and then his MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. A strong marketing and sales professional, Udit has immense knowledge of the Telecom industry with specific focus on the VAS space. Udit has worked Norsk Data, the ICI Group, Airtel, Avaya Global Connect and Acision India. In his last role as VP, South West Asia, Udit was responsible for defining and executing strategies for the region covering India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives & Pakistan. He is credited with strong topline growth and robust performance having created new avenues of business and built an extremely competitive customer facing team with a common vision and established extremely innovative employee engagement programs.

Madan pursued his MS in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University and for years then on gained experience on managing & implementing large software products for various Telecom giants and vertical industries, like Sun Microsystems, Oracle Corporation, BMC Software and others. He has 18 years of rich and diverse experience behind him and brings a wealth of proficiency in designing and implementing high performance, highly scalable solutions.
He also developed corporate strategy and custom e--business solutions for leading software companies to create private trading networks and efficient on-line trading mechanisms for conducting business transaction with suppliers, resellers, channel vendors and affiliates.
At TeleDNA as the COO, Madan has the vital role to oversee the complete process orientation of the Company in its work approach and instrumental in implementing systems that increase productivity & resource effectiveness, reduce costs and help the Company scale the next stage of its evolution and growth.

Ashish Kathuria has graduated with Bachelors of Engineering from College of Engineering Pune. He has over 15 years of experience in telecom managing Sales & Marketing. He has previously served as Vice President-Business Development South West Asia in Acision, a UK based Company. Ashish has also worked with Bharti and Avaya Global Connect in various capacities.
Ashish's varied professional experience enables him to focus towards managing and developing effective Sales & Marketing strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets. Ashish Kathuria also has a strong experience in handling business with Operators in South West Asia. He is very focused on leading the Business Development goals by creating new propositions for the organization basis the changing dynamics of telecom market worldwide. His goal is to create a healthy profitable organization focused towards highest customer satisfaction.

V.Swaminathan is A Chartered Accountant, Swami did his articleship with Price Waterhouse and joined Fifth Estate communications. Swami has 18 years of experience, he has worked with First Financial Services and then with CavinKare, where he took care of various inorganic growth activities of the company. In the recent past, just prior to joining TeleDNA, Swami was with Accentiv, a part of Edenred France India's foremost Loyalty marketing solutions and employee rewards Management Company as General Manager Finance.

Kishore Karnam has pursued graduate programs in Computer Science and Engineering with an M.Tech from IIT Bombay and MS from University of Pittsburgh. He has 17 years of experience in Telecom Industry working in NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, Verizon and British Telecom. Kishore has extensive experience developing and managing the Telecom IT solution delivery covering all aspects of the business – pre-sales, ordering, service provisioning and assurance, network fault isolation and surveillance, for all customer segments – Retail, Enterprise and Wholesale, for all services – voice, data and video. He also has expertise and experience delivering carrier-grade high performance, scalable , Highly available and disaster recovery capable systems. At TeleDNA, he has responsibility to drive the Engineering and Technology organization.

Jitendra Patil drives the Global Delivery and Customer Service at TeleDNA for ensuring Customer Satisfaction with ‘Customer First’ approach. He has over 20 years of varied industry experience in the Telecom, IP and VAS Product Development domain. He started his carrier with the Indian Air Force as a Short Service Commissioned Officer. Prior to joining TeleDNA he worked with BPL Mobile and Enron Broadband. At BPL Mobile he lead the pioneering new technologies team to launch GPRS, WAP and MMS services for the first time in India. He headed the Network Planning department for planning and deployment of Core/IN/Access/VAS network elements. At TeleDNA he lead the Engineering team to design and develop carrier grade VAS Infrastructure Products and has been instrumental in enhancing the TeleDNA Product suite. He also headed the quality assurance team and achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for the organization. Jitendra is a Computer Engineer.
