Responsibilities

• Handle all Customer Queries / Complaints / new requirements, priorities the activity and endure timely closure

Responsibilities

• Project Planning for deployment / integration / ATP / handover of products at Customer Premises
• Ensure timely completion of project activities
• Prime responsibility to complete product ATP sign-off and Go-live
• Organize product (O&M) training for Customer team
• Handover the Products for Support activity to Manager Customer Support (after completion of ATP and Go-live)
• Ensure MoP are strictly followed for all activities done at Customer site
• Set KROs for individual teams and conduct performance evaluation
• Ensure specific product implementation training is given to engineers, prior to sending then customer site.
• Ensure effective use of automated Bug tracking systems for handling Customer Queries / Complaints / new requirements.
• Ensure effective use of Project tracking system for Project tracking and individual performance monitoring
• Ensure all site specific documentation with respect to all products are generated and a copy given to Customer at the time of handover
• Routing visits / conference calls with Senior People at Customer place for maintaining customer good will. Attend Customer meeting.
• Presentation to Management on new business opportunities at existing sites

• Minimum Engineering Graduate / MBA
• Min 7+ years of Experience
• Excellent knowledge Unix / Scripting / TCP /IP
